Max got here today and we were supposed to go to a friend of his’ party. they never got back to us and we found ourselves on the East Side and thus began a walk. I had never been across the 59th St. Bridge, so we walked that way. Found two awesome parks and then walked across the bridge into Queens. It was a very good time.

Sigur Ros →
Sigur Ros has a new album coming out. The first release is pretty good. I haven’t anticipated a Sigur Ros release in a while. The last two didn’t have much to anticipate, but they grew on me.
parts
I just ordered some replacement parts for the Vespa. A new kickstarter rubber, which I need badly to cure the bruises on the inside of my right leg; a new headlamp lens, which cracked when I layed her down; some fuses and the headset top cowling. Hopefully it all comes in pretty quick. Tomorrow I am taking her down to Brooklyn Bretta to see if they can do a tuneup and check everything out and...

Vespa
I wrecked my Vespa on a pop start last night. Broke the headlamp and the top handlebar cowling. She’s got a huge dent on her right engine cowling. I was sad, but she’s gonna be okay.
The Pirates of Colonial North Carolina
I read the pamphlet, “The Pirates of Colonial North Carolina.” It was pretty boss. Awesome illustrations for blackbeard and all the different types of ship that pirates used to sail.
